B.YC

B.YC (be. your career) is an evolved, modern, global career paradigm created by Modernité Global, rooted in and derived from its B.OS (be. origin self) platform (see B.OS post herein).

The B.YC paradigm consist of two elements: psychology + selection.

The psychology behind the B.YC paradigm is that a career where you can be and express your unique origin self is one of tuned richness, not the absence of material wealth, but wealth accompanied by the richness of expression, meaning, and connection that comes from living as your origin self.

When people choose careers not based on their origin self, they relegate themselves to a work life, and often a life, of suffocation. They long for reprieve from the sweltering, unending dark night of arrested development, dreaming of a cool and majestic morning breeze of tuned richness.

You know this to be true. You've felt it in your own life, and you've seen it in your family, your friends, and many others. Whether they admit it or not, the evidence suggests: many people struggle in their careers, and sometimes in their lives, because of choices that were never aligned with who they truly are their origin self. This is a reality for far too many people on this planet.

Under the B.YC paradigm, a career is selected not based on default factors, (salary, prestige, market demand, family expectation), but based on whether that specific career lets the person actually be and express their origin self and voice in and through their work.

Once you unearth your unique origin self, you'll have the freedom to select a career based on that.

For the free spirit, that might mean a career built on creative expression: photographer, musician, dancer, interior designer, or any role that lets your authentic self thrive. Because when your work aligns with your origin self, tuned richness isn't just possible it's what comes next.

However, of all the different careers available to someone whose origin self is a free spirit, only the career that offers the greatest opportunity to be and express that free-spirited nature will lead to tuned richness.

Example: You are a free spirit that is your unique origin self. You could choose to be a musician, a career where free spirits often thrive. However, although you love the music industry, you have no interest in playing instruments; your passion is writing.

The career that may afford you the most rooted and enduring opportunity to be and express your unique origin self, and thus tuned richness, among all the different careers available in the music industry, may therefore be writing about the music industry and its artists.
