Be. your career (B.YC) is an avant-garde + evolved + global career paradigm created by M o d e r n i t é G l o b a l, based on its be. paradigm.

The B.YC paradigm consist of two elements: psychology + selection.

Note: it will be helpful to you, if you familiarize yourself with the be. paradigm by reading the modernité lab post herein tilted "be.”

The B.YC paradigm is the selection of a career specifically so the individual can be, express, and experience who they really are (aspect of love).

The psychology behind the B.YC paradigm is that it is only in a career where you can be, express, and experience who you really are that you will enjoy career soul satisfaction (pinnacle of fulfillment).

Under this paradigm you must first acknowledge who you really are (aspect of love); again, in order to do this, please read the modernité lab post titled "be."

When humans live out their careers, as well as their lives, as the aspect of love that they are they experience a soul satisfaction that can't be duplicated or equaled by anything or anyone, period.

Being, expressing, and experiencing who you really are is the essence of freedom, fulfillment, and joy, all the quintessential aspects of soul satisfaction (pinnacle of fulfillment).

When humans fail to choose careers based on being, expressing, and experiencing the aspect of love that they are, they relegate, imprison, and condemn themselves to a work life, and in many cases a life, of perpetual suffocation of their precious essence due to the hellish inability to freely be, longing for a reprieve from the sweltering unending dark night of incessant and crushing arrested development while dreaming of a cool and majestic morning breeze of refreshing fulfillment.

You know this to be true based on your own personal lack of soul satisfaction and that of your family members, friends, and most of the rest of humanity.

Whether they admit it or not the evidence is clear; humans are suffering deeply in their careers, and sometimes in their lives, brought on by their career choices. This is the reality all over the globe.

Once you acknowledge who you really are you'll be free to select a career based on that.

Example: If the aspect of love that you are is freedom (free-spirited) you'll choose a career based on being, expressing, and experiencing your free-spirited self.

Careers chosen by a free-spirited person are those in which they can express and demonstrate their creativity which could include, being a photographer, musician, dancer, or interior designer among many others. Anyone of these career choices would give the free-spirited person great satisfaction.

However, of all the different careers available to someone who is free-spirited only the career area that allows the greatest opportunity to be, express, and experience being freedom will lead to the utmost soul satisfaction.

Example: You are freedom, that is who you really are. You can choose to be a musician it is a career where the free-spirited thrive. However, although you love the music industry, you have no interest in playing instruments; but your thing is writing.

The career that may afford you the greatest opportunity to be, express, and experience freedom and the utmost soul satisfaction, among all the different careers available in the music industry, could therefore be writing about the music industry and its artists.

Further, you may decide as a free-spirt that you want to create your own business. If so, please read the modernité lab post herein tilted "B.YOB".
